Thank you for purchasing Ignite Digi's TB50 Battery Adapters for Mōvi Pro!
The tools required for installation are:
2mm Hex Key
Step 1. Switch the MōVI Pro into 'sleep mode'.
Step 2. Remove one of the standard Freefly batteries.
Step 3. Slide one of the Tb50 Adapter plates on to the MŌVI Pro
battery slot, no click!
Step 4. Tighten up the lock screw with a 2mm hex key. Do not overtighten.
Step 5. Line up the end of the TB50 battery with the inner grooves of the adapter plate (closest to the lock screw and connector plug).
Step 6. The TB50 battery should 'drop' into the groove and then slide into the adapter plate with only slight force (down and across, towards the connector end).
Step 7. You will hear and see the button on the adapter plate go 'CLICK' and pop up, securing the battery in place.
Step 8. The lights on the battery should turn on, which means the TB50 battery is ‘on’ and sending power to the MoVI Pro. If there no lights, take off the battery and try inserting it again.
Step 9. Repeat steps 1-8 with the remaining Ignite Digi TB50 Battery Adapter.
~~
To change TB50 batteries, double-tap the power button on the MoVI Pro, pausing the motors. Swap the first TB50 battery out by holding down the release button and sliding the battery out. Give the fresh battery a few seconds to 'boot up’ on the adapter plate before changing the other battery. You will see the percentage go up on the MoVI Pro screen for the fresh battery. If you change too quickly you may drop power on the gimbal.
If you are running accessories from the 2 pin Lemo ports on your TB50 plates, those accessories will power down and back up when you change the battery.
Our TB50 adapters keep the batteries 'on' and warm, which means they are constantly drawing power. So, Just slide the batteries off, unless you need to keep them warm for the next shot!
