€0 - €750 order = €37.95 with DHL Express

$0 - $800 USD order = $41.00 USD with DHL Express

TARIFFS, TAXES & DUTIES
Australia GST
Unfortunately due to Shopify back end limitations with a multi-currency site like ours, those in Australia will see prices in AUD ex GST until checkout when the 10% GST will be added.

US Tariffs
A 10% tariff was implemented on 5th April 2025 under Executive Order 14253, for orders shipping from Australia to the USA, with a declared value greater than USD$800.
Orders with a declared value of less than USD$800 should be tariff and tax free, under the de minimis : Section 321 (a)(2)(C).
The price in your cart does not include any tariffs.
DHL will contact you if tariffs need to be paid via email and/or text message approximately 24-48 hours after the order has shipped.
The additional tariffs on aluminium and derivatives do not apply to our products, which are shipped under HS Code 9007.91.0000

EU VAT & Duties
All prices on the store in € are ex VAT and duties.
Please enter your VAT ID in the Order Notes at checkout!
We ship Delivered At Place (DAP) which means any relevant VAT and Duties will be collected by DHL Express, once the shipment has left Australia and is on route to you.
Keep an eye out for the email from DHL Express. We will declare the full value (in the currency you paid) for customs. We cannot declare low value sorry, otherwise we can be charged and blocked from shipping to the EU.

Please enter your UK VAT registration number in the Order Notes at checkout!
We ship Delivered At Place (DAP) which means any relevant VAT and Duties will be collected by DHL Express, once the shipment has left Australia and is on route to you.
Keep an eye out for the email from DHL Express. We will declare the full value (in the currency you paid) for customs. We cannot declare low value sorry, otherwise we can be charged and blocked from shipping to the UK.
DELIVERED DUTY PAID (DDP)
As of 9th December 2024, we no longer offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipments.

Since 2020, DHL Express have been WAY overestimating their delivery date so that they look awesome when they deliver "early"... we've based the below numbers on the thousands of real shipments we've made to you.
We can ship using your DHL account if you prefer, but no FEDEX accounts sorry. We've experienced poor service, large delays and inflated prices from FEDEX in Tasmania.
