The RMI (RED Monitor Interface) is the module that connects the DSMC3 RED Touch 7.0" LCD Monitor, to the camera.

Our RMI Spacer can be used in many different ways and solves a few rigging challenges!

  • Mount our RMI Spacer to the RED RMI Module so dovetail plates clear the USB-C monitor mount
  • Mount RMI Spacer directly to KOMODO and KOMODO-X so dovetail plates and top handles clear the touch screen and buttons
  • Mount RMI Spacer directly to V-RAPTOR-XL so dovetail plates clear the protruding exhaust vent

KEY FEATURES

RMI Spacer features four M4 threads for mounting our Camera Top Plate A, Camera Top Plate B or other dovetail plates and handles (examples listed below)

  • RMI Spacer can be mounted forwards or backwards
  • Ships with four ¼”-20 x 3/4” socket head cap screws (two to use and two spare)
  • CNC machined from 6061-T651 aluminium billet
  • RMI Spacer is included when you purchase KEYSTONE Chopped for V-RAPTOR

Does the stack fit inside a Ronin 2 or Mōvi Pro gimbal cage?

RED V-RAPTOR + KEYSTONE Chopped + RMI Spacer + Ignite Camera Top Plate + Ignite Bottom Plate DO NOT require DJI or CineMilled Tilt Axis Extensions on Ronin 2. This combo also fits within a stock MōVI Pro cage.

RED V-RAPTOR-XL + RMI Spacer + Ignite Camera Top Plate + Ignite Bottom Plate WILL require Tilt Axis Extensions on Ronin 2.
